Today we are a 50+ team based in Lisbon, but with people working from different locations.We believe happy people are better at work, and so we want to make sure our people have time to do the things they like the mostHead of MarketingAs a Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and growth including brand marketing, social, community, SEO, product marketing, public relations and communications.Main ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the CEO with periodic insights, metrics & updates to drive brand exposure, while syncing with all the other teams for a- paced aligned executionConceptualize and implement Sensei's marketing strategy & roadmap, while translating concepts into actionable quarterly objectives aligned with the overall business strategyHire, lead and manage a team (currently 3- Field Marketeer, Creative Designer & Content Marketing Trainee) with the overall planning, development and alignment of Sensei's presence and brand across our suite of solutions to increase salience for our customers, partners, investors and pressEstablish clear guidelines for brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all outletsWork with Product, Growth and Operations teams to further develop our-- market strategyBe a strategic thought partner with the leadership team, working closely with Product and Growth teamsArticulate external partners to secure key processes with quality (e. g.
