Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a Head of Markerting for our partner, Pricefox.gr, leader in its sector, an innovative price comparison platform for services in Greece.
Head of Marketing ref.code HOM_0623 Job position Pricefox.gr, the exciting start-up, backed by the Antenna Group and Nova Founders Capital is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our company's management team. You will work hand-in-hand with the co-Founder and CEO, tackling the most important issues that a fast growing start-up faces on a daily basis. You will be owning your work end to end, expected to implement your proposals while managing more junior colleagues . You will design and execute our marketing strategy across all channels (online and offline). You will be coordinating the work of functional experts both in house (Organic and Paid) as well as in our group companies (e.g., Antenna).
Responsibilities You will be overall responsible for strengthening up our brand, driving growth in traffic, the daily management and recruiting of the company's marketing team, and be a critical part of the management team. You will leverage a wide array of skills (analytical, creative, operational, strategic) to build the brand and optimize the current marketing efforts across channels. Additionally, you will take pride in teaching a group of young marketing professionals and interns the ropes of modern, analytically driven digital marketing
Own and allocate the marketing budget towards the channels with the highest short- and long-term ROIs to maximize both top and bottom lineStrategically and tactically optimize our paid acquisition channels, including e.g. Google and Facebook AdsDevelop and optimize adjacent paid channels such as IG, YouTube, Snapchat and TVDrive and execute on SEO related activitiesBuild the company brand through marketing and PR effortsCo-develop the overall company strategy and own the marketing roadmapCultivate a can-do mentality, lead by example, and continuously ensure that the best team is in place, i.e. hire and develop the right peopleAnalyze marketing and product data to optimize return on marketing spendIdentify creative opportunities for the company to growThe Ideal Candidate A strong candidate for the position will be a well-rounded person willing to take part in the social activities while driving a professional and structured marketing agenda. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English. Can-do attitude to drive changeStrong social fit to company culture; independent and energetic with a can-do and go-get attitude adding more energy to the group than you absorb"Growth hacking" and execution mindset; commitment to timelines and constantly seeking to deliver impact and resultsStrong analytical skills and ability to optimize the marketing approach through numerical analysesAbility to be both detailed and hands-on while being able to zoom out for strategic decisionsA strong understanding of both performance marketing and organic channels (particularly SEO). Knowledge of other types of marketing (email, SoMe, affiliate marketing, etc.,) is a definite plusTeam management experience; knowledge of how to motivate and leverage junior resources to consistently deliver high-quality outputExperience in optimizing conversion rates from insights and analyses on UI/UXWillingness to learn and grow in the roleAbout Us Our start-up is helping Greeks reduce the cost associated with the purchase of their insurance
products. We recently successfully launched our second vertical, allowing Greeks to save money on their Energy and Gas bills by switching their provider online. We give the power back to the consumer by helping them compare, select, and buy insurance and energy products, while increasing financial education, market transparency and countrywide mobile access to insurance products.
