We want to hire an experienced Sales Leader who is not scared by a 4x MRR Growth target and feels confident in themselves to help achieve this without VC money.To succeed in this job, you'll need to be both a hunter and a builder, with an analytical mind. A relentless hunter for business opportunities, new go-to-market strategies, and outcomes. A passionate builder of relationships, with prospects, partners, and staff alike. You should like to mingle at on-site events and be a natural networker, but be equally a great communicator behind a video call. All while having an analytical mind to focus on hard objective metrics to drive strategy forward. This is a strategic role responsible for both strategy and optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction.BRIDGE IN is not your average company, and we are not selling a basic low-value product. You'll be selling and helping the team sell complex products and services to senior executives often in other countries. Thus, the ability to be on top of your game and create trust remotely is paramount.We also have a high seniority hands-on approach. So you should expect to be on the frontline doing calls, making proposals, and ensuring results.This role is not well suited for a first-time Sales Manager. We love ambitious people, but you should have experience managing a Customer Acquisition operation.Responsibilities Work with the leadership team to review and continuously improve go-to-market strategy. Design and execute sales campaigns beyond basic approaches. Generate leads and outreach to prospective customers. Ensure an efficient lead qualification process based on Ideal Customer Profile fit and Buyer Intent. Guarantee the delivery of a personalized consultative approach to business development at scale. Help define and implement OKRs across the Sales department. Ensure a consistent approach to identify prospect pains and map them to the value proposition. Train and coach Sales Representatives to maximum productivity. Optimize existing sales processes and policies. Maintain data quality and consistency in sales systems and in collaboration with marketing. Analyze sales data to support decision-making and measure impact. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Manage and update our Hubspot CRM and other reporting systems. Define and optimize processes to prepare for the company's further scaling
