What are we looking for?
Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar HR technology role.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to configure, update, and maintain HRIS systems.
Experience with data entry, integrity checks, and basic reporting.
Ability to identify and resolve system-related issues.
Comfortable working with HR teams and IT to support system needs.
Experience assisting HR staff with system navigation and troubleshooting.
