YOUR ROLE We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and implementing database solutions using the PL/SQL language and the Informix database.Collaborating with software development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.Developing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and triggers in PL/SQL to support system operations.Performing data modeling and query optimization to ensure database performance and scalability.Managing and maintaining the integrity, security, and availability of Informix databases.Providing technical support and troubleshooting database-related problems to ensure continuous systems availability.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration between the database and application systems.YOUR PROFILE Practical experience with the Informix database.Solid knowledge of data modeling and query optimization.Ability to translate business requirements into effective database solutions.Degree in Computer Science or similar.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
