Be subject matter expert on digital collaboration landscape.

Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.
Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.
Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.
Fluent (speaking/writing) in English
At least 5 years of experience in O solution support
A plus if you have these skills
Fluent (speaking/writing) in French
Experiences in the luxury business
Cloud-based SMB shares (Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP)
