Local de Trabalho: Porto Descrição: Implementar e desenvolver estratégias de procurement e strategic sourcing; Definir gestão estratégica das diferentes categorias de produto; Efetuar pedidos de cotação com fornecedores, analisar, negociar e decidir adjudicações de categorias, em função de preço, tempo de entrega, qualidade, entre outros; Monitorizar o desempenho dos fornecedores e desenvolver soluções, com as empresas fornecedoras, com o objectivo de obter os melhores serviços ao menor custo; Efectuar o seguimento dos KPI's estabelecidos com os fornecedores, de acordo com os objectivos da empresa; Garantir a melhoria contínua nos processos de compra e assegurar um nível de serviço de excelência; Utilizar as novas tecnologias aplicadas à área de compras; Fazer gestão de riscos na cadeia de fornecimento; Garantir compliance dosprocessos, dos protocolos comerciais e da integridade das negociações. Requisitos: Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Engenharia, Logística, Economia ou equivalente; Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em funções similares, preferencialmente no sector de e-commerce; Experiência de compras e/ou vendas na indústria de skincare, cosmética e beleza será factor preferencial; Domínio oral e escrito de Inglês; Utilizador avançado em Google Sheets e outras ferramentas de análise; Excelente capacidade decomunicação, análise e negociação (PT e EN); Bons conhecimentos da indústria da cosmética e perfumaria, a nível nacional e internacional; Elevado grau de responsabilidade, rigor e autonomia; Motivação para trabalhar por objectivos e forte orientação para resultados. #J-18808-Ljbffr
