Infineon is seeking applications for the role of a Senior G2M Partner Management Operations Specialist to enhance the effectiveness of our partner network and drive business impact
The Senior G2M Partner Management Operations Specialist oversees the onboarding and management of G2M partners, ensuring efficient processes and tracking business impact. They also support in the regular assessments of the G2M Partners and drive improvement measures to enhance partner engagement.
In your new role you will:
Oversee the onboarding of G2M Partners including the provisioning of partner agreement templates, tier assignment, and management of partner content on the web Maintain the G2M partner portfolio, database, contacts, and keep web pages up-to-date to ensure accurate and current partner information Foster and support the tracking of business impact by G2M Partners to Infineon's business Conduct regular EUC checks and risk assessments of G2M partners to uphold partnership integrity Drive process management through the implementation of G2M partner and stakeholder surveys, as well as the execution of improvement measures to enhance partner engagement and performance You are organized and able to work in a fast paced and structured way. Furthermore, you are a proactive person with a great set of communication skills that allow you to establish good professional connections with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Master's degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields, providing the necessary foundation to excel in this role3+ years of work experience, with preference given to experience in Infineon processes related to sales & marketing or contracting, offering valuable insights and expertiseGood service orientation towards internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach in all interactionsGood Interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish and maintain effective professional relationshipsDiligence and a commitment to continuous improvement, driving excellence and innovation in all aspects of your workFluency in English Please send us your CV in English
