Implementation manager: · Understand customer needs in terms of banking connectivity and define the best implementation strategy for a given scope, for a given customer. · Project management: handle banking connectivity implementations in close relation with the various internal and external stakeholders, develop customer relationships and provide relevant advice. · Optimize implementation processes with banks (velocity, quality,…). · Provide support for these solutions (contact with banks, partners and customers), liaising with the various internal stakeholders. Knowledge: · Master all global and local banking data exchange protocols (Ebics, Swift, API, SFTP, BACS, Editran, etc.). · Formalize knowledge of different banking protocols/formats in France, Europe and internationally. · Train our Customer Success teams on banking communication topics. Strategic project: · Establish and maintain partnerships/relationships with the world's leading banks. · Collaborate with product teams to identify areas for product improvement and future functionalities. · Test product improvements and new banking connectivity methods with our customers. · Participate in the team building and continuous improvement of our processes and tools
