Operations Manager for Banking Sector

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of Team Leaders in the banking sector. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the motivation, training, and development of your team, as well as helping them coach their Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Team Leaders and provide them with training and support
  • Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the CCM and to the client
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the correct implementation of standard processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Native/near native Portuguese speakers
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
  • Solid experience managing teams, including Team Leaders
  • Strong experience in people management, development, and coaching
  • Experience in the banking sector is a plus
  • Availability to work from the office
