Customer Service Representative - Banking Sector

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients of a prominent financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Work Conditions:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Location: Work from the office in Athens (relocation assistance available) or remotely within Greece.

Benefits:
