Agora, chegou o momento de fazeres a diferença e te juntares ao Lidl; Enquanto Area Manager, ou Chefe de Vendas, como chamamos internamente, terás oportunidade de gerir um conjunto de lojas dentro da mesma zona de vendas, sendo responsável por todos os indicadores e gestão das equipas de loja e chefias intermédias; Procuramos candidatos com disponibilidade para trabalhar numa das nossas Regionais - Zona Norte.Vê aqui quais seriam as tuas principais responsabilidades, qual o perfil que procuramos e os benefícios desta função.As tuas responsabilidadesSerás responsável por uma área de vendas e pelas lojas pertencentes à mesma; Assumirás a liderança, orientação e gestão das chefias e equipas de loja, potenciando o seu desenvolvimento; Deverás assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos, através da monitorização e controlo dos processos de loja e gestão dos principais indicadores; Farás também a ligação entre as lojas e os departamentos dos Escritórios, assegurando a implementação de projetos e diretrizes.Possuis uma Licenciatura ou Mestrado concluídos, em qualquer área de estudos; Deverás ter pelo menos 3anos de experiência profissional, sendo que valorizamos a experiência na área de retalho (alimentar ou especializado); Deverás ter assumido anteriormente uma função de liderança e ter experiência em gestão de equipas; Pela mobilidade exigida pela função, deverás ter carta de condução e mobilidade geográfica; Tendo em conta que as nossas lojas trabalham 7 dias por semana, pedimos que tenhas flexibilidade e disponibilidade horária; É crucial uma boa capacidade de comunicação e interligação, devido ao elevado número de pessoas que irás gerir e com quem irás contactar; Dinamismo, orientação para resultados de excelência e uma boa capacidade de organização são essenciais para assegurares o acompanhamento de todas as lojas da tua zona de vendas; Valorizamos conhecimentos de inglês, fator diferenciador e importante no contexto multinacional do Lidl.Fazer parte do Lidl é diferente.
