DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor advertisements, detect inappropriate links to identify and troubleshoot possible issuesTriage requests from the different entitiesCommunicate with government, political, and advocacy partnersHelp to keep relevant content across the platformsProvide high quality, yet emphatic responses via email, when requiredEscalate and reroute the necessary matters and issues to departments in-chargeDeliver a positive attitude towards the brandMaintain and update all job-related administrative formsREQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Polish (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency statusPrevious experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantageComputer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quicklyComfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate without biasStrong critical and contextual thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demandsResourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsProfessional with strong work ethicAbility to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the teamBENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialRelocation support
