Our company is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Polish speaking Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media for their Lisbon office.
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing social media content
- Collaborate with government, political, and advocacy partners
- Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide high-quality support to our clients
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Polish (C1) and fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Eligible to work in the EU or have Portuguese residency status
- Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills
