David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a prominent Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find a qualified Politics and Government Social Media Coordinator for their Lisbon office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join a growing team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying and resolving social media-related issues
- Triage requests from various stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining relationships with government, political, and advocacy partners
- Maintaining engaging content across multiple platforms
- Responding to customer inquiries via email
- Escalating complex issues to relevant departments
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native Polish language skills (C1 level)
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level minimum)
- EU or Portuguese residency status
- Previous customer service experience (an asset)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
