PORTO Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break THE ROLE Reporting to the Planning & Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will join the Procurement Department, under the Innovation & Platforms team. You'll work with the Planning & Strategic Sourcing Team, Procurement Operations, and Finance teams, managing go-live and improvement projects for procurement systems and supporting new releases and integrations with other corporate systems. WHAT YOU'LL DODesign processes and requirements for the evolution, replacement, or improvement of Procurement ApplicationsPerform Process and Functional Analysis in close relationship with finance and technology teamsAddress business challenges across Farfetch Group of companies and Business Units, covering areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, etcLead solution design and decision initiatives, structuring business requirements, engaging with vendors, and ensuring proper business assessment of alternativesDesign and Implement procurement processes, ways of work, and policies with key stakeholdersSupport or Stand-in for Project Management role as requiredSupport the implementation, training, go-live, and after-go-live activitiesLiaise with 3rd party providers on more complex projectsPartner with technology and business teams to understand the setup of data flows and repositories to acquire dataLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesWHO YOU AREDegree in an analytical field, with the ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and ToolsExperience in implementing core Corporate Applications such as ERP, Supply Chain, and Procurement systemsAdvanced user in Excel (mandatory)Understanding and proactively developing best practices and principles on data including data governance, timeliness, accuracy, design, efficient usage, etc.)Experienced in and knowledgeable of Procurement-to-Pay Processes and tools will be a plusKeen on process optimizationA professional with the ability to extract, interpret, and story-tell dataFluent in English, both written and spokenREWARDS AND BENEFITSHealth insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and tools Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community Training opportunities and free access to Udemy Flexible benefits programEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFarfetch is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
