Job Description

Le poste est à pourvoir au sein du département S&E (Structuration & Exécution) qui englobe les domaines d'expertise suivants : gestion de projet, gestion des contrats et des achats, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion de la construction, expertise technique, en étant responsable de deux principaux axes de travail dans les domaines suivants :

Amélioration continue de nos méthodes : Améliorer, compléter et déployer des processus, des outils, des modèles et des formations (y compris des interfaces avec d'autres business units), sur la base du REX.
Soutien aux projets dans les différentes phases, en assumant des rôles S&E (en lien avec nos domaines d'expertise) dans les équipes de projet, avec un accent particulier sur les phases de structuration et d'exécution.

En tant que Senior EPC Contract Manager, vous rejoindrez l'équipe du même nom qui est responsable de la formalisation, de la négociation des contrats EPC créés dans la phase de structuration, et de leur suivi/évolution dans les phases d'exécution et d'opération de nos projets dans le monde.

En outre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Gérer les appels d'offres pour les travaux de construction (préparation des documents d'appels d'offres : spécifications, identification des fournisseurs, analyse et clarification des offres, etc.),
Coordonner les aspects techniques et commerciaux jusqu'à la signature des contrats

Soutenir l'audit technique du projet, en lien avec les autres équipes du Groupe (financement, assurances, juridique, asset management, etc.),
Apporter un soutien dans la réalisation d'audits de projets dans le cadre des processus d'acquisition.

Fournir une expertise et un soutien de haut niveau en matière de gestion et de négociation de contrats au niveau du groupe,
Anticiper et identifier les risques pour mettre en place des plans d'atténuation au travers des contrats.
S'assurer qu'un REX approprié est effectué pour améliorer les pratiques de gestion des contrats,
Participer à la définition de la stratégie contractuelle pour la structuration et l'exécution des projets (toute technologie : solaire, éolienne, stockage), en accord avec les processus et les valeurs d'Akuo, et la stratégie spécifique de la région.

Qualifications

Issu(e) d'une formation de type Ingénieur, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en Contract Management, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie ou de l'industrie.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en matière de contrats : EPC ou "Balance of Plant", fourniture d'équipements (type FIDIC), contrats de service pour l'exploitation et la maintenance de centrales électriques (y compris leurs garanties commerciales et techniques).

Vous avez une bonne compréhension des interfaces entre le développement de projets, l'ingénierie, les contrats, la construction et le financement de projets.

Langues : La maîtrise du français, de l'anglais est requise. Celle de l'espagnol est un gros plus. Akuo est particulièrement actif en Europe, aux Etats-Unis et en Amérique latine.

Déplacements : Des déplacements sont à prévoir, en France et à l'international dans le cadre du déploiement de la stratégie Contract Management et pour des échanges avec les partenaires.
