Missão do Senior Account ManagerO candidato será responsável pela gestão estratégica das contas mais importantes da empresa, assegurando a satisfação dos clientes e a implementação de soluções inovadoras. O objetivo é maximizar as oportunidades de negócios e alavancar o crescimento da empresa.
ResponsabilidadesDefinir, planear e implementar estratégias comerciais focadas nas necessidades específicas das contas atribuídas;Colaborar com a equipa de Marketing para criar e executar iniciativas que reforçam a imagem da Wavecom e maximizam os resultados;Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e expandir a presença da empresa em unidades onde ainda não estamos posicionados;Estabelecer relações comerciais sólidas e duradouras com clientes estratégicos;Gerir o processo comercial, incluindo a elaboração e aprovação de propostas técnicas e comerciais;Manter um acompanhamento constante do estado das propostas e garantir que todas as informações sejam registadas de forma precisa no CRM;Monitorizar e reportar atividades comerciais.RequisitosExperiência comprovada de pelo menos 5 anos em funções comerciais similares;Fluência em inglês e boas competências de comunicação empresarial;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e foco no cliente e nas metas da empresa;Capacidade de adaptação e evolução contínua;Formação em Engenharia (preferencial) e certificações relevantes.VantagensPacote salarial competitivo;Subsídio de alimentação diário;Seguro de saúde;Ferramentas de trabalho;Prémios variáveis;Outras regalias em vigor na empresa.
