Flexibility : After completing a six-month on-site period (permanent contract, subject to a three-month trial), you can choose between onsite work in Braga or remote work.
What You'll Be Doing Customer Support & Advisory : Provide professional assistance to healthcare professionals via phone, guiding them through software functionalities and answering incoming queries.
Proactive Training : Educate clients on using our services effectively, ensuring they maximize the value of our products.
Email Communication : Handle customer requests swiftly and efficiently through email, providing clear and thorough responses.
Collaboration : Partner with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to guarantee a seamless client experience and complete satisfaction.
What Were Looking For Languages : Proficiency in French (C2) and English (B2) is a must.
Experience : While previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role is a plus, we welcome motivated candidates with a customer-centric attitude.
