About the Position
We are looking for a Healthcare Territory Manager to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling surgical loupes and headlight systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians.
Main Duties
- Develop a comprehensive territory plan to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clinicians in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales opportunities within the territory and stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians and conduct market research to identify customer needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided and contribute to product innovation.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Travel domestically (ground/air) up to 50% and attend industry conferences and events to expand our network and promote products.
Qualifications
Education and Background
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required, preferably in the medical/dentistry industry.
Required Skills
- Ability to travel around 50% via ground or air required.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
