About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Healthcare Account Manager to join our team at Tn Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients in managing health-related accounts and addressing technical, financial, and account inquiries through various channels.
About You:
- You have fluent proficiency in French (C2 level) and EU citizenship or a Portuguese Residency Card.
- You possess minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- You are eager to learn and grow in the health sector, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
