Pharmbills seeks a dedicated Junior Account Manager to join our team and support American healthcare facilities by managing patient accounts and ensuring seamless financial interactionsAbout Pharmbills:Pharmbills has been a trusted partner in the healthcare industry for over a decade, delivering top-tier financial and administrative solutions.

Our mission is to streamline healthcare billing and account management processes, making it easier for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to manage their financial interactions.About the Role:As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing patient accounts for American healthcare facilities.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate account records, ensuring timely payments, and facilitating smooth communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
You will be the main point of contact for account-related inquiries, helping to resolve issues and providing excellent service to all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain patient accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Engage with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve account-related inquiries and issues.Facilitate clear and effective communication between all parties to ensure timely and accurate payments.Monitor and track account statuses, including outstanding balances, payments, and adjustments.Develop and implement strategies to improve account management processes and enhance service delivery.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and problem-solving.Qualifications:Experience in account management is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.What We Offer:Competitive compensation in USD for services provided.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Health insurance.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Schedule aligned with the New York time zone.The chance to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.If you are a proactive individual who enjoys managing accounts and helping others, we would love to hear from you
