We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities:- term RV rentals,- term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale. Rooted in a deep technological focus, Indie is building the software platform to manage the roadtrips of the future. We are growing our product engineering team with top talent to help scale our systems and power the-- class- centric experience for all our customers, partners and friends. THE ROLE As the IT Manager at Indie Campers, you'll oversee the maintenance and management of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and SaaS tools. You'll ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, manage IT budgets, and lead a team responsible for device provisioning, network support, and technical assistance. This role is crucial to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment for the company. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? IT Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and inventory of all IT assets, including servers, networking equipment, computers, and other hardware. Ensure assets are properly tracked and maintained.- SaaS Tool Management: Manage all Software as a Service (SaaS) tools used across the company. Ensure proper licensing, subscription management, and compliance with terms of use. Budget Control: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports to senior management. Device Provisioning and Support: Oversee the provisioning of devices to employees, including laptops, mobile devices, and other hardware. Ensure timely setup and support for new hires and existing employees. Network and Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and other critical systems. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect IT assets and sensitive data. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Lead a team responsible for providing technical support to employees. Resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, ensure service level agreements are met, and coordinate technical support as needed. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions
