Gestor Técnico de ProjetosResponsabilidades: Planeamento e Gestão de Projetos: Desenvolver planos detalhados de manutenção de projetos e coordenar e gerir todas as fases dos projetos de manutenção de túneis, incluindo inspeções, reparações, reabilitação e atualizações.
Liderança e Coordenação de Equipas: Liderar equipas de engenheiros, técnicos de manutenção e empreiteiros e coordenar com todos para garantir a execução suave das tarefas de manutenção com mínima interrupção dos serviços do túnel.
Supervisão Técnica: Fornecer expertise técnica para atividades de manutenção, garantindo que todas as reparações atendam às melhores práticas e padrões de engenharia, e realizar avaliações técnicas dos sistemas de túneis para identificar equipamentos que necessitam de atualização ou reabilitação.
Gestão de Riscos e Conformidade de Segurança: Identificar riscos e desenvolver estratégias de mitigação, garantindo a conformidade com os padrões de segurança e regulamentos locais.
Controlo e Garantia de Qualidade: Implementar processos de controlo de qualidade para garantir a durabilidade e confiabilidade das reparações e atualizações concluídas.
Documentação e Relatórios: Manter documentação abrangente do projeto e preparar relatórios sobre atividades de manutenção, condições do túnel e quaisquer problemas encontrados durante o projeto.
Qualificações: Educação: É necessário um diploma em Engenharia Elétrica ou área relacionada.
Certificações relevantes em gestão de projetos e túneis são altamente desejáveis.Experiência: Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em gestão técnica de projetos, com foco na manutenção de equipamentos de túneis.
Habilidades Técnicas: Forte compreensão das tecnologias e sistemas de túneis.
Conhecimento: Conhecimento profundo das necessidades de manutenção de túneis e técnicas de reparação.
Habilidades Adicionais: Liderança: Fortes habilidades de liderança para motivar, gerir e orientar equipas, garantindo produtividade e resultados de alta qualidade.
Resolução de Problemas: Capacidade de pensamento crítico e resolver problemas técnicos e logísticos complexos que surgem durante a manutenção de túneis.
Gestão de Empreiteiros: Experiência na gestão de empreiteiros, incluindo seleção de fornecedores, negociações de contratos e controlo de qualidade do trabalho subcontratado.
