To join our People & Leadership team at Sonae Holding, we are currently looking for an: Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. HR Processes: monitor and support the implementation of HR processes (performance management, talent management, learning & development, career management, and others). Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Support initiatives to enhance Sonae employee value proposition, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. DE&I Support: Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Project Management: Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience (e.G. young talent programs and employer branding initiatives, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). Main Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent development. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments. Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices. Problem-solving skills. Comfortable using Ms Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required. Work location: The role will be based at Sonae headquarters in Maia. Hybrid mode (following company policy: 3 days at the office).
