We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our Logistics operations in Portugal. Your role will involve supporting all employee life cycle activities, contributing to organizational development, and improving our people's experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Execute administrative and operational people tasks to support the HR Team in driving efficient and effective HR services, policies, and programs.

Manage payroll processes and compensation and benefits initiatives.

Ensure all HR-related mandatory surveys from local authorities are completed.

Support local recruitment activities and participate in the Preboarding and Onboarding process of new employees.

Maintain and update HR information systems.

Ensure employment contracts and HR documentation are up-to-date.

Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and People + Organization Development Team to support learning and development activities.

Support performance management topics and ensure compliance with relevant employment practices, policies, and legislation.

Promote employee engagement initiatives and support the growth of high-performing teams, reinforcing our values and culture.

Your Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Payroll experience with Primavera.

Knowledge of all HR disciplines, including employment legislation.

Excellent communication and listening skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
