About the Role:
As a Human Resources Business Partner at Michael Page, you will play a key part in aligning our human resources strategies with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing talent through development programs, training, and performance evaluation. You will also ensure the company's culture and values are maintained, support performance evaluation processes by providing continuous feedback and developing improvement plans, and contribute to the strategic definition of the company's Human Resources policy. Additionally, you will manage and resolve any issues related to labor relations with employees.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Social Sciences, or similar fields, with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles or development roles in the HR field. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in English is also required.
