Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the subsidiary. This includes aligning HR strategies with business goals, providing tactical and strategic HR support to specific business units, and improving work relationships, morale, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights and coaching on HR best practices.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
  • Lead and manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans and provide support in addressing performance-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with legal and regulatory teams to manage risk and ensure HR practices comply with employment laws.
  • Update and develop HR policies in line with changes in legislation.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, working closely with legal as required.
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategies and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and advise employees on benefits-related issues.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and reflect the needs of the business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in a business partner or management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • High level experience in Talent Acquisition Activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, namely SAP Success Factors will be a plus.
  • Good command of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, etc.).
