Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Fischer Connectors, a leading provider of end-to-end interconnect solutions, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its new plant in Amarante, Portugal. As a key member of the site team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive HR services to internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Support conflict management and employee relations, working closely with employees and managers to resolve issues.
  • Offer guidance and advice to the site leadership team on best practices in human resources management and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Contribute to the development of a performance-driven culture, encouraging individual ownership of results and associate development.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with changes to employment law and practices, and implement these consistently across the site.
  • Play an active role in change management, implementing actions to raise associate satisfaction levels.
  • Support HR in daily activities, ensuring all processes and procedures are up-to-date at the site level.
Requirements:
  • College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in similar roles, with advanced level of English (verbal and written) and knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation.
  • Self-organized, planning, and prioritization skills.
