About the Role:
As a People Operations Partner at Astellas Pharma Europe, you will play a key role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and implementing policies that drive business success. Your expertise will be sought after by leaders, managers, and associates across the organization, making this a highly visible and impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sound advice and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach across the organization.
- Implement business change decisions at the country level, working closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent and champion for the Global HR Operations Model, driving adoption and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence in executing cyclical HR processes, such as Performance Management and Talent Planning.
- Accountability for all employee relations case management, including underperformance, disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence.
- Deliver a country-specific, legally compliant HR service that meets the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HR generalist, with a deep understanding of HR fundamentals, including performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and employee relations.
