Este perfil atua como o ponto de ligação principal entre o cliente e a agência, coordenando os esforços das equipas internas para proporcionar soluções de media impactantes.ResponsibilitiesGerir um portfólio de contas, atuando como o principal ponto de contacto entre a agência e o cliente.Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de comunicação e media que atendam aos objetivos de negócio dos clientes.Assegurar a entrega dos pedidos dentro do prazo e budget definidos, mantendo elevados padrões de qualidade.Domínio das condições/contratos dos clientes.Identificar oportunidades de crescimento para os clientes e propor soluções criativas e eficazes.Colaborar com outras equipas internas, como criatividade, planeamento estratégico, data para garantir uma abordagem integrada.Analisar e reportar o desempenho das campanhas e iniciativas, fornecendo insights e recomendações para otimização.Apresentação de estratégias, propostas e resultados a clientes, garantindo uma comunicação clara e eficaz.Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do mercado e da indústria bem como dos serviços do Grupo para oferecer soluções inovadoras e competitivas.Representar a agência em reuniões e eventos com clientes, promovendo a imagem e os valores da organização.Assegurar o relacionamento com a coordenação internacional (caso exista) do cliente, defendendo os interesses da agência e do cliente e promovendo a performance da agência.Controlo de budget de Marketing do cliente.QualificationsFormação superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou área relacionada.Experiência sólida em gestão de contas em contexto de agências de Media em Portugal (obrigatório).Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, apresentação e negociação.Forte orientação para resultados e habilidade para resolver problemas de forma criativa.Experiência em liderar e desenvolver equipas.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa, gerindo múltiplos clientes simultaneamente.Português e Inglês fluentes.
