Linde Global ServicesHR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)Porto, Portugal | req22960 What you will enjoy doing As part of your role, you will take responsibility for the preparation of the monthly payroll and compensationsYou will ensure all processes related to monthly salaries, checks, and control are executed accurately, along with managing monthly benefitsYou will be directly responsible for the development of consolidated reports and interfaces with Linde Accounting, ensuring smooth integration and accuracyYour responsibilities will include the consolidation and reconciliation of payroll and social security, as well as the consolidation and reconciliation of social benefitsYou will ensure proper reconciliation and maintain a productive interface with internal Accounting teamsYou will handle the calculation and payment of staff increases and bonuses, ensuring timeliness and accuracyIn addition, you will manage quarterly and annual Sales STIP Bonus, oversee individual objectives bonus, salary reviews, and provide detailed reporting on overtime, absenteeism, and other key metricsYou will support punctual project management tasks and assist in the implementation of projects and systems when requiredWhenever necessary, you will provide backup or support for Back Office functions, ensuring smooth operations within your area of responsibilityYou will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation What makes you great You have aBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or relatedYou have adeep understanding of payroll best practices and compliance in Portugal,ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll processesYou havesolid knowledge about the Labor legislation (Social Security, Hiring's,Terminations, Absences)YorPortuguese are native, and you are fluency in EnglishAdditionally,you demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skillsAlso, youhave good verbal and written skillsYourproficiency with office Tools like SAP, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 isnotable, with strong Excel skillsYou areready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of thecompany's digital transformation projectYou areable to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digitaltransformation Why you will love working with usAt Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
