We are looking for a Programmatic Account Director who will contribute to the continuous growth of app advertising within a Digital Advertising environment. You will have extensive, proven, and detailed knowledge and experience in Programmatic and DSP implementations.
THE ROLE Take ownership of client relationships to manage and grow accounts.
Identify and develop opportunities to increase account revenue, whether through additional investment or new channels and placements.
Communicate with clients via regular reporting, presentations and QBRs.
Advise and influence campaign strategy based on previous learnings.
Work end-to-end on campaigns: budget -> planning -> execution -> reporting.
Work closely with the UA team to ensure that internal and client KPIs are met.
Share knowledge and industry developments with clients, keeping them abreast of upcoming changes and future opportunities.
The role is hands-on with the option of building a team and coaching junior team members in the future
High level of experience:
Overseeing programmatic campaigns that generate installs for iOS and Android apps.
Managing large media budgets across a range of clients and geos.
Translating campaign budgets into media plans.
Working with DSPs/advertising platforms to analyse performance and pull reports.
Ensuring that internal and client KPIs are met.
Reporting campaign performance, creating/leading client presentations and QBRs.
Strong knowledge of the ecosystem and ability to confidently discuss:Programmatic strategies and tactics.
Working with display, video and CTV inventory.
Optimising for VTA and CTA, and why VTA is important.
Optimising for viewability, brand safety and regional restrictions.
Optimising bids, pacing, reach and frequency.
Working with exclusion lists, inclusion lists, audiences, 1P data, retargeting and lookalikes.
Working with pre-bid and post-bid tools and verification (e.g. DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, Protect360).
Running incrementality tests.
High level of organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong previous experience with data analysis, including tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
LOCATION Location preference is to be within one of Better Collective's Europe Offices (with an ideal candidate being in London). Location can be flexible for the right candidate. Working hours mean evenings are sometimes required working with a US and international market.
