Customer Service Advisor - French Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

You will change and maintain customer data on the system.

Resolve customer queries that impact the performance of the business.

Ensure that the data received from the customer and sales team is accurately and timely maintained.

Ensure a good relationship with customers and set agreements.

You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.

What makes you great

You have a C2 level of French and B1 level of English.

You have high-level written and verbal communication skills.

Customer-oriented mindset.

You are proactive and focused on responding promptly to action.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems.

Ability to work as part of a team.

SAP and Office Tools basic knowledge is preferred.

Minimum required: Secondary School.

You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full-time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
