Are you a fashionista?Do you live for sneakers?Are you looking for a job where you would work with famous sports brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Vans, Reebok, New Balance or Timberland?With more than 2500 stores across the world, Foot Locker is the leading global athletic footwear and apparel retailer.Help Foot Locker to constantly provide customers with the best, most exclusive ranges of products there is.Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agentwill be:Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers in the way you are the most confident with: over the phone, via e-mail or social mediaAnswering questions and providing troubleshooting regarding the products, orders, payment methods or shipping, while always remaining calm and polite Transforming online credit simulations into completed filesHandling calls for prospects and clientsBeing in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues to responsible departmentsWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: yearly or 6 months contract, renewableWorking hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pmSalary conditions* – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ – 1000€ gross/month (based on the level of experience)Excluding accommodation: 1300€ – 1400€ gross/month (based on the level of experience)For international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expensesAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career pathsYour Future Company:Located in Lisbon, you will find a company that takes care of you from your career development, language skills, and accommodation to your social integration.
