Santa Iria de Azoia (Unidade Fabril) Sobre a Função Garantir a implementação, planejamento, acompanhamento, formação e supervisão das atividades relacionadas com a Segurança Alimentar na unidade de STI (Santa Iria). Colaborar com a Direção de Fábrica na manutenção dos requisitos legais e cumprir todas as Políticas Corporativas para assegurar a segurança alimentar dos produtos da SU (Unit Sourcing) STI. Responsabilidades: Cumprir e fazer cumprir o Código de Conduta da Flora Food Group. Colaborar com os Departamentos de Cadeia de Abastecimento para atender aos padrões de segurança alimentar exigidos. Assegurar a implementação de medidas de segurança alimentar e boas práticas de fabricação para matérias-primas, produtos químicos, ingredientes, materiais de embalagem e produtos acabados, conforme os requisitos da Flora Food Group e GMPs, além de outros requisitos legais. Liderar a equipa de HACCP, Food Defense e Food Fraud, gerindo suas agendas e planos de ação. Manter os Departamentos Flora Food Group e Fornecedores informados sobre atualizações no sistema de segurança alimentar. Participar em reuniões da Flora Food Group relacionadas ao negócio/produção, liderando a avaliação de riscos em segurança alimentar. Gerir validações de higienização da infraestrutura e equipamentos, além de elaborar planos de higienização e oferecer formação nas áreas pertinentes. Gerir o plano de controle de pragas, implementando melhorias no sistema. Assegurar a implementação e cumprimento das regras de GMP e proporcionar formação a colaboradores da Flora Food Group e externos. Participar em projetos de engenharia e de melhoria contínua, avaliando o desenho higiénico do equipamento e propondo melhorias para garantir a segurança do produto. Informar a Direção de Fábrica sobre mudanças no ambiente empresarial ou novas tecnologias que possam impactar a segurança alimentar. Colaborar com diferentes equipes na implementação de melhorias de processos. Identificar não conformidades de segurança alimentar e propor melhorias de qualidade. Contribuir para auditorias internas ou externas de Qualidade e Segurança Alimentar, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança alimentar. Acompanhar os indicadores de área e colaborar nas ações necessárias para o cumprimento dos mesmos
