- Gerir as operações diárias do back office, assegurando a qualidade e a exatidão das tarefas executadas face aos procedimentos definidos;- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e manutenção de procedimentos eficazes de gestão de documentos, introdução de dados e outras atividades administrativas.- Assegurar a coordenação com os vários recursos externos para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e das normas de qualidade.- Manter o controlo e o acompanhamento dos principais indicadores de desempenho do back office e propor melhorias para otimizar os processos.- Responder às perguntas e pedidos dos clientes relativos às suas dúvidas e gestão contratual de forma atempada e profissional, assegurando uma satisfação ótima.- Ajudar a identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apresentar recomendações com base nas necessidades e expectativas dos clientes finais.
