Fischer Connectors is part of Conextivity Group . With nearly 600 people worldwide, four R&D centers and six manufacturing sites, the Swiss-headquartered technology group offers high-performance connectivity solutions that manage power and data flows seamlessly from sensors and devices to the cloud, enabling the emergence of new and scalable ecosystems. Conextivity comprises two core business activities: Fischer Connectors and Wearin'.
For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for an Supply Chain Project Manager based in Portugal and reporting to headquarters in Switzerland.
The objective of the position is to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery to customers within our global supply chain, and to target Supply Chain Excellence.
The successful applicant will have as main missions to optimize and create global flows within our global footprint (US and EMEA) involving our production sites, customers and suppliers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE: Analyze data, identify areas of improvement and define projects to optimize existing flowsLead execution of supply chain projects from definition to completionEnsure regular reporting to management, to allow seamless decision makingAnimate cross-functional teams to reach project objectives, including logistics, suppliers, inventory, transportation, ITAct a facilitator to get road blockers off the wayTHE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING Master's degree in Supply Chain Management5+ year working as a Supply Chain Project Manager in an international & multisite environment is a mustSAP : 5+ year working on a daily basisExcel : proficiency required, particularly in using Power Query for efficient data extraction and manipulation.Power BI : proficiency required, for data visualization and reporting, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.English : full proficiency, minimum C1, french is a plus;Problem-solving mindsetAbility to focus & narrow down large & complex topics#J-18808-Ljbffr
