across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas:Quantitative FinanceRisk, Compliance, and RegulatoryOperations and FinanceTransformation and OrganizationInformation SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.We are looking for an Application Production SupportMAIN TASKS:Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenariosManage Incidents, Requests, ChangesProvide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/projectUnderstand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue.
Contribute towards better post-release checkoutsImproving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure orientedAvailability to work during Holidays / Weekends as per pre-defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the teamResponsibilitiesTechnical support of all the environments hosting applications, both locally developed and third parties internally hostedEnsuring the specialist support to the IT development and Application Support teamManage applications migrations/re-hostingCoordinate the change management for all the applications in scopeCollaborate to the changes on the infrastructure hosting the applications in scopeContribute to global/local strategic projectsMain ActivitiesResponsible for deploying application by setting up the environments according to standards, troubleshooting and produce accurate documentationNeed to be flexible and adaptable as well as having a broad technical hands-on knowledge of different application technologies and enterprise infrastructure (cloud).Ensures that the solution is always operational and optimal (capacity, upgrades, performance, obsolescence, etc
