Position Summary The main responsibility of the Content Adaptation Lead is to lead the Content Adaptation innovation roadmap, expansion, adoption and provide direction and guidance to Centers Operations tied to delivery. Support engagement streams, while driving best-in-class sub-stream expansion. Build and maintain the sub-stream Delivery Model and Global documentation for content adaptation. Is the SPOC for Internal and External Stakeholders.
A day in the life of... Driving best-in-class Content Adaptation expansion, building and maintaining the Content Adaptation Delivery Model and Global documentation.Defining sub-stream operation KPIs in line with functional strategy roadmap cascading to Centers, by supporting engagement streams.Functional Lead role, orchestrating Content Adaptation operations, providing directions, guidance and frameworks to Centers.Accountable of Content Adaptation quality and tackling escalations.Is the SPOC for Internal and External Stakeholders for any topic related to their Content Adaptation.Building Content Adaptation capabilities globally and in Centers (training, scale-up geographically and sub–Content Adaptation, upskilling, etc.).Evolving with partners' needs in-line with Group Marketing and Integrated Marketing Services priorities.Anticipating overall innovation opportunities together with Group Marketing and Content Services Leadership. Own the innovation roadmap from design to delivery.Producing and updating global communication materials, processes, training and reporting for their sub-stream.Partner with internal departments, Nestlé content studios and partner agencies to achieve objectives.Orchestrates and set the governance to support above pillars.What will make you successful 5 – 8 years of solid experience in Agencies (or FMCG in similar role) in video and images content production and adaptation with managerial experience.Master in the Adobe suite and experience in other content adaptation tools.Strong knowledge of the production industry and all the new innovations and technology.Drives changes to support strategy and business goals.Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities.Good communication and relationship skills.Good selling approach and capabilities.Strong Project management.Ability to deal with frequent changes or unexpected events.Ability to continuously identify improvement opportunities.Startup or innovation background in consumer product, insights or marketing environments is a definite plus.What we offer Here at NBS Lisbon we care about our Talents, and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
