We are currently looking for Frontend Lead-Senior

Requirements:

Proficiency in: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook and AWS services including CloudFrontOver 8 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systemsPrevious experience in Agile methodologies, ideally utilizing SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CDExperience collaborating in highly distributed teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong system-level understanding with problem-solving and analytical mindsetSenior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master

Methodologies and Practices:

Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structureExperience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)Experience working in highly distributed teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum masterGood system-level understandingStrong problem-solving skillsAnalytical mindsetLocation will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid, with 2 days at the office
