We are currently looking for **Frontend Lead-Senior**

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook and AWS services including CloudFront
- Over 8 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systems
- Previous experience in Agile methodologies, ideally utilizing SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CD
- Experience collaborating in highly distributed teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong system-level understanding with problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Senior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master

**Methodologies and Practices**:

- Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure
- Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
- Experience working in highly distributed teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master
- Good system-level understanding
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset
- Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be **hybrid, with 2 days at the office**
