Trial Coordinator (Portugal) Deseja planear e executar ensaios de seleção e pré-comerciais, bem como desenvolver uma rede de ensaios com produtores de hortícolas em Portugal?
Qual será o seu trabalho como coordenador de ensaios na Rijk Zwaan? Como coordenador de ensaios, desempenhará um papel essencial no desenvolvimento de uma rede de ensaios de seleção, adaptação e pré-comerciais em conjunto com os geneticistas e os parceiros comerciais da Rijk Zwaan. O coordenador de ensaios é responsável pela organização de ensaios externos para obter dados qualitativos e quantitativos, necessários para fornecer apoio técnico às equipas de vendas e de investigação, para a introdução de novas variedades e o apoio a projetos de investigação.
Além disso, é responsável por:
Planeamento e execução de ensaios;
Execução de tarefas de sementeira e transplantação;
Visitar ou organizar visitas regulares aos ensaios;
Apresentar relatórios sobre as atividades dos ensaios ao responsável de vendas/diretor-geral e ao especialista da cultura;
Acompanhar os novos desenvolvimentos no mercado;
Preparar um plano anual de ensaios e um orçamento de ensaios;
Adquirir um conhecimento pormenorizado do mercado para todas as culturas desenvolvidas;
Manter um contacto estreito com os técnicos-comerciais, os especialistas das culturas e o coordenador das culturas para a coordenação total dos ensaios.
A sua contribuição: É um bom organizador com uma abordagem ativa e prática, orientado para a perseverança e a resolução de problemas. Além disso, é capaz de pensar e agir de forma independente, tendo sempre em mente os resultados da equipa. Procuramos alguém com uma atitude positiva, excelentes competências interpessoais e espírito aberto. Tem boas capacidades de comunicação e é fluente em inglês, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
Além disso, o seu currículo deve incluir os seguintes elementos:
Um diploma de bacharelato ou universitário completo no domínio da agricultura/horticultura;
Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência profissional relevante e conhecimento das culturas hortícolas;
Conhecimento e experiência no cultivo e avaliação de variedades de hortícolas.
