ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated, curious and proactive candidate with proven experience in consumer research and business intelligence analysis to join our Customer Success Team.
The main role is to connect data extracted from the adv campaign performed for our business customers to relevant insights for the Sales team, and support in identifying new business opportunities and customizing new commercial storytelling.
You will take care of our portuguese clients and, more in detail, you will be responsible for:
Interpreting and extracting "powerful" insights from data (such as ROI of online advertising campaigns, budget distribution and performance adv campaigns Preparing the final presentations to be delivered to the customers. Review, synthesize and communicate insights in meaningful and actionable ways (transform data and results into actionable insights) Reading signals from the market to detect cultural trends and shifts in our customers expectations in terms of data, by discovering and suggesting to the Product and Technology team innovative methodologies and new approaches in data reporting and visualization SKILLS WE ARE SEARCHING FOR University Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields At least 2 years of experience in market research, marketing insights or big data integration & analysis Proficiency in data analysis and data visualizations tools (i.e. Excel, Tableau) and Google Suite (especially Sheets and Presentations) Native level of Portuguese and fluent English, both written and spoken Dynamic approach, curious and open-minded attitude Organization skills and ability to work under pressure (especially with tight deadlines) WHAT WE OFFER An opportunity to build your experience in an internationally growing scale-up company A young and informal work environment Flexible work arrangements encouraging smart and/or full-remote working Company laptop and all you need to set up a proper working station 1.5 hour of Learning Time per week ShopFully International Group will process your personal data for this application as indicated in the Privacy Notice pursuant to Arts. 13 and 14 of Regulation EU 2016/679 and that you can view here: Market Research Analyst (Remote, Contract) Business Analyst SAP ECC Order Entry (SD-LE / EDI) Business Analyst - Airline Booking Processes/Tools
