As a Sales Development Representative at Rhino.ai in Portugal, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential enterprise customers. You'll play a critical role in generating pipeline by reaching out to C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers, positioning Rhino.ai as a key partner in digital transformation. What You'll Do:Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential enterprise customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.Qualify Opportunities: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand business needs and assess fit for Rhino.ai's AI-driven modernization solutions.C-Level & IT Leadership Outreach: Connect with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation to introduce Rhino.ai's value proposition.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and lead handoff.Maintain CRM & Track Engagement: Log all prospecting activities, conversations, and next steps in our CRM to ensure a structured and data-driven sales process.Industry Research & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about AI, cloud modernization, and digital transformation trends to engage prospects effectively.Drive Pipeline Growth: Contribute to the sales pipeline by booking high-quality meetings for the enterprise sales team.What You Bring:1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.A passion for AI, cloud, and digital transformation—you're excited to learn and talk about innovative technologies.Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior executives and IT leaders.A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding outreach targets and generating high-quality leads.Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage prospecting activities and track progress.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and proactiveness are key.Self-motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to develop your career in enterprise sales.Why Rhino.ai?Startup Environment: Be part of a growing company where your work directly impacts the product, customers, and company direction.Cutting-Edge Technology: Work on the forefront of AI, helping companies harness the power of machine learning and generative AI.Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values innovation, continuous learning, and the pursuit of big ideas.Growth Opportunities: We're committed to helping our team grow through hands-on experience, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
