Als CustomerSupportRepresentative ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen en -wensen. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid dat de klant zich geholpen voelt. Dit doe je door de vraag zo compleet en snel mogelijk te beantwoorden. Je bewaakt de doorlooptijden van de binnenkomende vragen en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling. De vragen beantwoord je primair via de chat of e-mail. Maar regelmatig voer je ook telefoongesprekken en kijk je online mee met onze klanten.
Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen. Ons customer supportteam bestaat uit zeven collega's die dagelijks vol energie zorgen dat onze klanten zo goed en snel mogelijk naar tevredenheid geholpen worden. We doen dit op een informele maar professionele manier. Het team bestaat uit 1e en 2e lijns collega's die onze klanten helpen met eenvoudige en complexe vragen. Deze vragen gaan specifiek over de Basecone webapplicatie of de Basecone app. Door een snelle en accurate beantwoording van deze vragen zorgt het team voor een optimale klanttevredenheid. Het is als customer support representative jouw taak om snel te doorzien of een vraag complex of eenvoudig is. Voor de complexe vragen heb je overleg met je collega's. Naast het helpen van onze klanten denk je ook mee over hoe we onze klanten in de toekomst nog beter kunnen helpen. Waar liggen er kansen voor meer self-service mogelijkheden? Waar willen we support automatiseren en waar willen we juist meer tijd in investeren om een klant verder te helpen? Alles om de klant tijd terug te geven. Je werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines, waaronder customer success, sales, product management en operations.

Basecone helpt accountants en ondernemers met de digitalisering en automatisering van document- en factuurverwerking. Onze software wordt gebruikt door klanten in Nederland, België en Engeland. In Nederland zijn we marktleider. Dit doen we met een team van ongeveer 110 collega's in Nederland (Hoevelaken) en Portugal (Porto).

Jouw profiel • HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een klantgerichte functie, bij voorkeur in software / SaaS
• Goede schriftelijke en verbale communicatieve vaardigheden
• Een teamplayer
• De communicatie met klanten is voornamelijk in het Nederlands en met je internationale collega's in het Engels. Je hebt zodoende een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
• Je staat stevig in je schoenen en laat je niet zomaar van de wijs brengen.
Ons aanbod • Een 32- tot 40-urige werkweek.
• Een marktconform salaris wat passend is voor deze baan.
• Een vergoeding in je reiskosten, namelijk € 0,23 per kilometer. Als je met het openbaar vervoer reist, vergoeden we die kosten volledig. Ons kantoor ligt op 3 minuten lopen van het station en er zijn voldoende gratis parkeerplekken waar je je auto kwijt kan.
• 25 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur.
• Voor de opbouw van jouw pensioen neemt Wolters Kluwer als werkgever 50% voor rekening. De andere 50% draag jij zelf bij.
