Notre mission est d'offrir des expériences clients exceptionnelles en tirant parti de notre expertise reconnue dans le secteur.
Dans le cadre de notre développement continu, nous recherchons un Responsable du Service Client expérimenté pour diriger une équipe de 10 représentants du support client à Barcelone.
En tant que Responsable du Service Client, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de la satisfaction client à travers nos services.
Vous serez chargé de gérer, motiver et développer votre équipe, tout en garantissant le respect constant des normes de qualité et d'efficacité.
De plus, vous utiliserez votre expertise dans le domaine des paris sportifs, du casino ou des jeux en ligne pour anticiper les besoins des clients et améliorer leur expérience globale.

Pionnier de l'Innovation : Apportez des idées novatrices pour garder notre département à la pointe des tendances du secteur.
Ce que nous recherchons : Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que manager dans le secteur des paris sportifs, du casino ou jeu en ligne.
Expérience solide en restructuration de départements et en développement de processus.
Leadership avéré avec un talent pour fédérer et inspirer des équipes performantes.
Bilingue français/anglais (essentiel pour évoluer dans un environnement international).
Expertise des outils de support client (une maîtrise de Zendesk est un atout majeur).
Compétence analytique pour suivre les KPIs et identifier des axes d'amélioration continue.
Une personnalité orientée résultats, capable de s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique.
