Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €2.1bn of assets under management in funds, SICs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors.
In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management.

Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst Main tasks and responsibilities Monthly monitoring of the Business Plan development for all projects; Managing financing needs/capital calls, acting as the point of contact with the Project Management team; Preparing monthly financial reports (FIG report and others); Preparing bi-monthly presentations for the fund, providing updates on the status of all projects; Supporting and supervising the administrative and finance team; Systematisation and analysis of financial data using Power BI; Contract management and oversight; Providing full financial support to all SPVs integrated into Asset Management in Vilamoura.
Role Requirements Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field; Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.
