We recognize the importance of having both the best individuals and providing them with the means and the motivation to excel and to jointly build a team stronger than the sum of its parts.Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management AnalystMain tasks and responsibilitiesMonthly monitoring of the Business Plan development for all projects; Managing financing needs/capital calls, acting as the point of contact with the Project Management team; Preparing monthly financial reports (FIG report and others); Preparing bi-monthly presentations for the fund, providing updates on the status of all projects; Supporting and supervising the administrative and finance team; Systematisationand analysis of financial data using Power BI; Contract management and oversight; Providing full financial support to all SPVs integrated into Asset Management in Vilamoura.Role RequirementsDegree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field; Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
