Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst Main tasks and responsibilities Monthly monitoring of the Business Plan development for all projects; Managing financing needs/capital calls, acting as the point of contact with the Project Management team; Preparing monthly financial reports (FIG report and others); Preparing bi-monthly presentations for the fund, providing updates on the status of all projects; Supporting and supervising the administrative and finance team; Systematisation and analysis of financial data using Power BI; Contract management andoversight; Providing full financial support to all SPVs integrated into Asset Management in Vilamoura.
Role Requirements Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field; Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.
